Frequent
questions.
Do I need to be home during the detail? +
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle, most customers leave us to it — the rig carries its own water and power. We will text updates and photos along the way.
What do you need from me on-site? +
Access to water and an outdoor outlet is ideal. If neither is available, let us know ahead of time and we will bring our own tank and portable power.
How long will it take? +
A basic wash is about 60–90 minutes. A full detail runs 4–6 hours. Ceramic coatings can take up to two days for proper curing. We will give you an exact estimate when you book.
Do you come to homes and offices? +
Yes. We detail at homes, offices, apartment complexes, job sites, and dealership lots across Kaufman County and North Texas.
How do I pay? +
We accept card, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due on completion.
What if it rains on my appointment day? +
Exterior work cannot happen in rain, but interior details continue as scheduled. If the weather turns, we will reach out to reschedule exterior work at no charge.
Do you offer recurring service? +
Yes — monthly maintenance details keep your vehicle in top shape and lock in a lower rate. Ask us about recurring pricing when you book.
The fastest way to reach us, and what to include
Call or text (469) 770-9755 for the quickest reply. Phone and text reach Nate directly, and most messages get an answer within a few hours during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Prefer email or the form above? Both land in the same inbox and get the same turnaround. If you reach out after hours or on Sunday, you will hear back first thing the next working morning.
To get an accurate quote on the first reply, include a few details:
- Year, make, and model of the vehicle, plus its rough condition. A garaged sedan and a work truck that lives on county roads need very different scopes.
- What you are after: a maintenance wash, a full interior reset, paint correction, a ceramic coating, or simply "take a look and tell me." Photos help a great deal, especially for paint defects or heavy interior soiling.
- Where the vehicle will be parked: home, office, dealership lot, or storage. Shade or covered space matters for ceramic coating because of the cure window.
- Your timing: a target week, a hard deadline such as a pre-sale or trade-in, or open-ended.
Bridges is based in Kaufman, Texas and serves all of Kaufman County and Rockwall County, southeast Dallas County around Seagoville, and the Cedar Creek Lake corridor of Henderson County. There is no trip charge inside the primary service area. If you are just outside it, say so in your message; we routinely extend the route for larger jobs and recurring customers.
Once we have the details, you get a written scope and a fixed quote before anything is booked, then a text confirmation with an arrival window. No surprises, no upsells mid-job. If you would rather skip the back-and-forth, you can reserve a window on the calendar in about two minutes.
